What to Expect, the session takes around half a day:
- Breathing underwater and mask clearing — in the pool, before you go deep
- Basic buoyancy control at shallow depth
- At least one open-water dive with Freddy alongside you throughout
- A debrief covering what you experienced and what comes next if you want to continue
