Learn to Dive — Don't Just Collect Certifications
A certification card is only part of becoming a good diver.
My objective is to help divers understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and how to make good decisions underwater.
I focus on developing good buoyancy, awareness, communication, equipment familiarity and safe diving habits from the beginning.
As divers progress, these foundations become increasingly important — particularly when moving toward professional or technical diving.

Discover Scuba
Your First Dive with FJ Diving.
Never dived before?
A Discover Scuba session is the fastest way to find out if diving is for you. No certification required, no prior experience needed. You will cover the basic safety concepts in a pool session, then complete your first open-water dive alongside Freddy in the warm, clear waters off Fujairah.
This is not a tourist dive. Freddy is an SDI/TDI Instructor Trainer — the same level of professional who trains other instructors. Your introduction to diving is in safe, expert hands.
Diver Specialty
SDI Specialty courses let you develop focused skills in a specific area of diving — and they count toward higher SDI certifications including the Advanced Diver and Master Diver programmes. FJ Diving offers specialty training across a range of disciplines, taught personally by Freddy Jousset.
Scuba Diver
SDI scuba diver course, entry level scuba certification, beginner scuba diving certification.
This is a fast-track entry-level certification for divers who want to get in the water without committing to the full Open Water programme. You dive under the supervision of a certified professional, which makes it ideal for those who dive primarily on guided trips or holidays.
Advanced Aventurier Diver
SDI Advanced Adventure Diver — Go Further with FJ Diving.
This programme takes you across five different diving disciplines, building the skills and confidence to handle a wider range of conditions and environments. It is the natural next step after Open Water — and the most direct route toward the Rescue Diver and Divemaster programmes.
Open Water Diver
SDI Open Water Diver is the internationally recognised foundation certification — the card that lets you dive independently with a buddy to 18 metres, at any dive site, anywhere in the world. It is the most widely held scuba certification on the planet, and the starting point for every diver who wants to explore underwater seriously.
Rescue Diver
SDI Rescue Diver — One of the Most Important Courses You Will do. This course develops the skills to recognise stress in other divers, prevent problems before they become emergencies, and respond effectively when things go wrong underwater. Most divers who complete it describe it as the best course they ever took.

Does Freddy teach beginners?
